| Class B shares sales discontinued
Effective July 30, 2007, no new Class B accounts were opened in the Natixis Funds. No new investments may be
made into existing Class B accounts after October 12, 2007.
The popularity of this class of shares has dramatically decreased in recent years, and we believe the industry as a whole
will continue to move away from Class B shares. We’ve made this decision as part of our goal to provide investors and
their advisors with only our strongest and most viable investment solutions.
If you would to continue investing with us, Class A and Class C shares are available. Please speak with your financial
advisor or call us at 800-225-5478 for more information.
Existing Class B shares
Existing Class B shares will continue to age under the same schedule and convert to Class A shares eight years after their
original purchase. You can find more information about the conversion process by clicking here. Exchanges between funds with Class B shares will continue to be allowed. Exchanges
between Class B and another share class will continue to be prohibited. Account features including Dividend Move,
Systematic Exchange, and Systematic Withdrawal will continue uninterrupted when the final Class B shares to Class A
shares conversion occurs. Purchases made through an automatic investment plan, such as Investment Builder, will no
longer take place. If you would like to establish Investment Builder on a new class of shares, you will need to complete a
new account application.
Click here for minimum balance waiver instructions if you own Class B shares and wish to invest in a new Class A or C share account in the same fund below the minimum investment.
