Mark Baribeau is vice president and portfolio manager for Loomis, Sayles & Company. As chief investment officer of Loomis Sayles large cap equity group, Mr. Baribeau and his team oversee institutional and retail portfolios, including the Loomis Sayles Growth Fund , USAA Growth Fund and the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1989, he was an economist at John Hancock Financial Services. He began his investment career in 1985.

Mr. Baribeau earned a BA at the University of Vermont and an MA at the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and National Association of Business Economists.

Arthur Barry

Arthur Barry has co-managed the Loomis Sayles segment of the Loomis Sayles Value Fund since May 2006. He also co-manages the Loomis Sayles Value Fund. Mr. Barry, Vice President of Loomis Sayles, began his investment career in 1994 and joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles, Mr. Barry was a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager at State Street Research & Management Company from November 2003 to January 2005; Senior Portfolio Manager at INVESCO Capital Management from April 2001 to May 2003; and a portfolio manager at Federated Research Corp. from January 1997 to March 2001.

Mr. Barry received a B.S. from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kenneth M. Buntrock

Loomis Sayles International Bond Fund

Mr. Buntrock is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and portfolio manager for the global fixed income group. He co-manages the Loomis Sayles Global Bond Fund, the Loomis Sayles International Bond Fund and other institutional portfolios. He serves as the team leader for the global fixed income product and is also the head of the global sovereign bond sector team.

Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1997, Mr. Buntrock worked for Mellon Bank as a foreign exchange and deposit trader in the US and UK. He also held the position of treasury manager, first in Toronto and later in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for currency trading and liability management of the bank's offshore loan portfolio. After returning to the US, he headed an institutional sales team at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Buntrock earned a BA from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh.

James Carroll

Mr. Carroll is the portfolio co-manager for Loomis Sayles Value Fund and Loomis Sayles' segment of the Loomis Sayles Value Fund . He joined Loomis Sayles in 1996 and began his investment career in 1974.

Mr. Carroll received both a BA and an MBA from Wayne State University and holds the chartered financial analyst designation.

Pamela Czekanski is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P. and portfolio manager in the Loomis Sayles large cap growth group. She helps manage institutional and mutual fund portfolios, including the Loomis Sayles Growth Fund , USAA Growth Fund and the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1995, she was a portfolio manager at both Gardner Preston & Moss/INVESCO and One Federal Asset Management. Ms. Czekanski was also an economic analyst and portfolio manager at David L. Babson & Company and began her investment career in 1983.

Ms. Czekanski earned a BA at Middlebury College and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Ms. Depp is a portfolio co-manager of Loomis Sayles Research Fund . She began her investment career in 1976.

Mr. Eagan is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and a portfolio manager for the Loomis Sayles fixed income group. He manages institutional and mutual fund portfolios, including the Loomis Sayles High Income Fund . Mr. Eagan started his investment career in 1990 and joined Loomis Sayles in 1997. During his tenure, he has also served as part of the medium grade fixed income team and as a fixed income research analyst. Prior to Loomis Sayles, he worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a senior fixed income analyst and for BancBoston Financial Company as a senior credit analyst.

Mr. Eagan earned a BA from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.

Philip C. Fine

Mr. Fine currently serves as the portfolio co-manager on the Loomis Sayles segment of Natixis U.S. Diversified Portfolio . He has been in the investment industry since 1988. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in July 1996, he was vice president with Keystone Investments, where he had been since 1991. Earlier, Mr. Fine was a portfolio manager with Systematic Investors.

Mr. Fine earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and his Ph.D. in comparative literature from Harvard University. He also holds a chartered financial analyst designation.

Dan Fuss began his investment career in 1958 and has been with Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P. since 1976. He is Vice Chairman of the firm and co-manager of numerous institutional accounts for the $58 billion fixed income group.

Mr. Fuss also manages and co-manages a variety of mutual funds with assets over $10 billion – including the flagship Loomis Sayles Bond Fund, Loomis Sayles Strategic Income Fund , Loomis Sayles Institutional High Income Fund, Loomis Sayles Global Markets Fund and Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Bond Fund .

In 2000, he was named to the Fixed Income Analysts Society’s Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions and lifetime achievements in the advancement of the analysis of fixed income securities and portfolios. He is past president of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Mr. Fuss earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University. He served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1958 and held the rank of Lieutenant.

Kathleen Gaffney is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and portfolio manager for the Loomis Sayles fixed income group. Ms. Gaffney manages institutional and mutual fund portfolios, including the firm’s flagship Loomis Sayles Bond Fund as well as the Loomis Sayles Strategic Income Fund , High Income Opportunities Fund, and Loomis Sayles High Income Fund . She is also associate portfolio manager of the Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Bond Fund . Ms. Gaffney started her investment career in 1984 when she joined Loomis Sayles as a fixed income and equity trader for the Boston Counseling Group.

Ms. Gaffney received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. She holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Joseph R. Gatz

Mr. Gatz is an analyst on the small-cap team at Loomis, Sayles & Co and is a portfolio co-manager for Natixis U.S. Diversified Portfolio . He has been with the firm since 1999 and began his career in the financial services industry in 1985.

Mr. Gatz received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and an MBA from Indiana University. Mr. Gatz holds the chartered financial analyst designation.

John Hyll is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and a portfolio manager for the fixed income group. He co-manages the Loomis Sayles Inflation Protected Securities Fund, the Loomis Sayles Limited Term Government and Agency Fund and the Loomis Sayles Core Fixed Income discipline of the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio .

Mr. Hyll started his investment career in 1983 and joined Loomis Sayles in 1987. Prior to Loomis Sayles, he worked for National City Bank as an investment officer. He was responsible for managing a $200 million US Treasury, agency and corporate bond portfolio and a co-managed $1.9 billion taxable bank holding company portfolio.

Mr. Hyll earned a BBA and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

Steven Kaseta

Steven Kaseta is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and a portfolio manager for the fixed income group. He manages institutional and mutual fund portfolios, including the Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Bond Fund . Mr. Kaseta started his investment career in 1982 and joined Loomis Sayles in 1994. Prior to Loomis Sayles, he worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts serving as deputy state treasurer and chief investment officer for the Massachusetts State Teachers Employees Retirement System. In this role, he held all managerial responsibility for the $7 billion state pension fund and also managed the fixed income portfolio.

Previously, Steve worked as a bond trader with Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), where he traded US corporate bonds and Treasury securities and directed trading function for all US dollar-denominated bonds for the bank’s Asian subsidiary.

Mr. Kaseta earned a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Brian S. James

Mr. James is portfolio co-manager of Loomis Sayles Research Fund . He began his investment career in 1980.

Peter Palfrey has served as co-portfolio manager of the Loomis Sayles Core Plus Bond Fund since May 1999 (including service until May 2001 with Back Bay Advisors, the former subadviser of the Core Plus Bond Fund). Mr. Palfrey, Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Loomis Sayles, began his investment career in 1983 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2001. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President of Back Bay Advisors from 1993 until 2001. Mr. Palfrey holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Palfrey received his B.A. from Colgate University.

Richard G. Raczkowski

Mr. Raczkowski is a vice president at Loomis Sayles and is also the portfolio co-manager for Loomis Sayles Core Plus Bond Fund . He began his career in the financial services industry in 1984 and joined Back Bay Advisors in 1998. Mr. Raczkowski also worked as a senior consultant at Hagler Bailly Consulting for 4 years.

Mr. Raczkowski received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Northeastern University.

David W. Rolley

Mr. Rolley is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and portfolio manager for the global fixed income group. With over 20 years of investment experience, he co-manages the Loomis Sayles Global Bond Fund, the Loomis Sayles Global Markets Fund, the Loomis Sayles International Bond Fund and other institutional portfolios. He serves as global investment strategist for the firm and is also the head of the yield curve sector team.

Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1994, Mr. Rolley worked for DRI/McGraw-Hill as principal and director of international capital market research. His responsibilities included international interest rate and currency forecasting and risk management consulting. He also served as corporate vice president and senior US economist for the institutional equity group at Drexel Burnham Lambert and worked as chief financial economist at Chase Econometrics.

Mr. Rolley earned a BA from Occidental College and studied graduate economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a past president of the Boston Association of Business Economists.

Clifton V. Rowe has co-managed the Loomis Sayles Inflation Protection Securites segment of the Natixis Income Diversified Portfolio since its inception. He also co-manages the Loomis Sayles Inflation Protected Securities Fund, Loomis Sayles Limited Term Government and Agency Fund and the Loomis Sayles Core Fixed Income discipline of the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio . Mr. Rowe, Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Fixed Income Group, began his investment career and joined Loomis Sayles in 1992. During his tenure he has held the roles of portfolio assistant, research analyst, mortgage trader and portfolio manager.

Mr. Rowe received a B.B.A. from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Lynda Schweitzer

Ms. Schweitzer is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and portfolio manager for the global fixed income group. She co-manages the Loomis Sayles Global Bond Fund, the Loomis Sayles International Bond Fund and other institutional portfolios. She serves as leader of the global alpha strategies team.

Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 2001 as a global product specialist, Ms. Schweitzer worked for State Street Bank and Trust Co. as a fund accountant responsible for custody and pricing of global fixed income funds. She also worked as a global fixed income trading assistant and custody operations supervisor for Putnam Investments.

Ms. Schweitzer earned a BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Boston University.

Richard D. Skaggs

Richard Skaggs is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company L.P. and portfolio manager in the Loomis Sayles large cap growth group. As a member of the large cap growth investment team, he helps manage institutional and mutual fund accounts, including the Loomis Sayles Growth Fund , USAA Growth Fund and the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio.

Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1994, Mr. Skaggs was an investment research analyst and portfolio manager at Woodbridge Capital Management. He also worked in commercial edit and lending at Comercia Bank and began his career in the financial services industry in 1986.

Mr. Skaggs earned a BS and an MSM at Oakland University.

She also co-manages the Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Fixed Income Fund, Loomis Sayles High Income Opportunities Fund and Loomis Sayles Multi-Sector Bond discipline in the Natixis Income Diversified Portfolio . Ms. Stokes, Vice President of Loomis Sayles, began her investment career in 1987 and joined Loomis Sayles in 1988.

Ms. Stokes received a B.S. from St. Michael’s College.

Mr. Thelen is an analyst on the small-cap team at Loomis, Sayles & Co and is a portfolio co-manager for the Loomis Sayles segment for Natixis U.S. Diversified Portfolio . He has been with the firm since 1996. Before that, Mr. Thelen was an analyst and portfolio manager in the Valuation Services Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1990.

Mr. Thelen received a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from Michigan State. Mr. Thelen holds the chartered financial analyst designation.

Kay Vang

Kay Vang is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P., and co-portfolio manager of Loomis Sayles Core Fixed Income Separate Account Strategy . Ms. Vang started her investment career and joined Loomis Sayles in 1997. Prior to becoming portfolio manager, Kay served as a quantitative analyst.

Ms. Vang earned a BS from Marquette University.

Kurt Wagner

Kurt Wagner is vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and a member of the fixed income group. He manages the Loomis Sayles Core strategy, including the Core Fixed Income Discipline of the Natixis Moderate Diversified Portfolio. Mr. Wagner started his investment career in 1978 and joined Loomis Sayles in 1994. Prior to that, he served as a fixed income portfolio manager for Fiduciary Management Associates and a senior pension investment analyst for Commonwealth Edison.

Mr. Wagner earned a BA from Haverford College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
